We call this "The Scary Eyeballs Book" because the illustrations of the muscles and bones are presented on a skeleton with eyeballs. In yoga, the gaze (dristi) is important for the postures. But hey, the information in this book is so awesome and easy to understand that you can get past the eyeballs really quickly! It's all the same scientific information in Antatomy for Movement but it features shorter descriptions and better illustrations. You'll assimilate the info faster and more functionally. Excellent tool for teachers and recommended for Carolena's "Your Muscles, Your Body, Your Dance" classes.
165 pages, paperback, 400 color illustrations.
