Spinning Skirt by FlyingSkirts

Black rayon skirt with an eye catching band of color at the bottom hem. It's called the Spinning Skirt because it makes twirling rivetting and hypnotic. Great for skirt flourishes too. The band is the same rich satin brocade as the long fringe belts. Adjustable elastic waist fits up to 60" hips.

Ordering Note:
To measure for skirt length stand next to a wall or doorway and make a mark where the top of your skirt will be. Now take a measuring tape and measure to the floor. This is the length you should order if you want the skirt to be close to the floor. Subtract 1 or 2 inches if you want the skirt to brush the top of your feet or be at your ankles.
