We gave these fabulous skirts the nickname "Fluffy Skirt" because of the lofting effect of 25 yards of super light-weight tissue cotton. Great for spins and flips. One size only; fits up to 40" at waist/hip. 37" length. Can be layered over a Ten Yard Skirt for more drape at the ankle.
