We want you to be happy with your order and will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with a product. Please follow these guidelines when making a return. All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt, in original condition (unless defective.)
PLEASE NOTE RETURN ADDRESS: If you are shipping via US Postal Service, your item MUST be shipped to PO Box 460594, San Francisco, CA 94146. Packages sent to the studio address will not be received by us and will be sent back to you after 30 days. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Other methods of delivery; UPS, FedEx, DHL, may be shipped to the studio address; 670 South Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, CA 94110.
Jewelry
You may return any jewelry for exchange or refund.
Costume
You may return or exchange any item of costuming if it does not meet you needs. Item must be in unworn, in original condition.
Please remember when trying on your choli for the first time, these garments are designed from a simple pattern with no modern adaptations like darts and curves. It will not fit like a bra. It may feel tight across your shoulders when the arms are down but should feel comfortable when you lift your arms to dance. Often the simple alteration of moving the placement of the neck ties will adjust the fit dramatically.
If your pantaloons are too long you can make a simple alteration by creating a horizontal pleat at the ankle. If they simply do not meet your needs you may return them if no alterations have been made.
Books
Books are fragile. If you must return a book, please make sure it is in the same condition as you received it. Damages incurred
CDs and DVDs
We strongly discourage copying of original work. Therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these sorts of products. We will make exceptions if the item is defective, or the shrink wrap has not been removed.
Bottom line, we want you to be satisfied. Please call or send an email if you have questions regarding a return and we will negotiate a suitable exchange.
